No Automatic Refunds

All purchases of our travel guides, itineraries, or premium content are final and non-refundable. Once you have purchased and received access to any digital product, we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of digital goods.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned. In exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased content for an extended period, or if the product was significantly different from what was clearly described, we may review your request on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for any possible refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these conditions.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after purchasing, if you have already downloaded or viewed the content, or if you decide the material is not suitable for your travel plans.

Process for Requesting a Refund

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days from the date of approval.

Future Purchases

If a refund is granted in exceptional circumstances, it does not set a precedent for any future purchases. Each request is evaluated individually.
